JFS Shelley Chaudhary is a distinguished leader and mentor, currently serving as the National Vice Coordinator (Coaching & Mentoring) JAC JCI-India 2025 and ND (CE&T) JAC JCI-India 2024. As the SMA Zone Chairman 2023, he played a pivotal role in fostering leadership development within JCI. His contributions as DEAN of Trainers' Academy Zone X, JCI-India (2020-21) have been instrumental in shaping future leaders and trainers across the JCI network.

JFS Shelley Chaudhary is the Group Managing Director of Globe13 Digital Pvt Ltd. and Globe13 Agro Pvt Ltd., companies with operations in India and Nigeria. His expertise spans across Information Technology Enabled Services (ITES) and Internet of Things (IoT), with successful ventures in Value-Added Services such as video platforms, text applications, e-commerce portals, and Ed-Tech solutions.

Under his leadership, the company has also launched UWANXT, an affordable home automation brand in India. His second venture, Globe13 Agro Pvt Ltd., specializes in Vertical Gardens and Landscape Deployment under the brand AGROART, promoting sustainable green solutions.

With over two decades of experience in training, JFS Shelley Chaudhary is a renowned corporate trainer and mentor, conducting sessions on Leadership, Relationships, and Entrepreneurial Leadership for corporate entities and NGOs. He has been an integral part of faculty teams for prestigious JCI programs, including ABLE (Academy of Business Leadership & Excellence), ZTWS (Zone Trainers’ Workshop & Seminar), SPEECHCRAFT, TEXLA (Training for Excellence in Leadership & Administration), TAKSHILA, LEAP, MALAMAAL, BMW (Business Multiplier Workshop), and Business Academy of JCI-Nepal as a pilot faculty.

A gold medallist in B.Tech. (Food Technology) and a B.Sc. graduate, JFS Shelley Chaudhary was also selected for IIM Ahmedabad in 1984. His vast knowledge, extensive industry experience, and dedication to mentoring have made him a highly respected figure in leadership circles./p>
